Jon has over 25 years of sales and management experience working in both the telecommunications and mortgage operations business. Most recently, he joined a Fortune 300 company as a business trainer. He is extremely grateful for the opportunity to coach, train and facilitate in a professional setting. He has a passion for helping others become more versatile in their communication styles using concepts and techniques of applied improvisation (exercises from improvisation used in a non-theatrical setting).

He is also passionate about performing, having worked with local improvisation groups in the St. Louis area, and recently enjoyed a lead role in a community theater production of ‘A Soldier’s Play’.

His love of improv as a teaching tool has been a key factor in the journey to become a business trainer and workshop leader. Jon is also thankful for the love and support of his wife Lynne, and daughters Carlysle and Darien.
